If we pack your item, your item will arrive safely or you will get a refund from us for all packing, shipping, and insurance. The insurance amount is based on the actual receipt for goods - which must be presented to us at time of claim - and up to the amount of insurance you bought with us at the time of shipment. You can count on our packing expertise.
